While Hawaii claims to align with federal standards, CBD cannot be sold as a dietary supplement, added to edibles or cosmetics, or purchased “legally” within the state without a medical marijuana card. This does not mean it is not widely available, however. As of February 2020, possession of CBD products has been decriminalized.
Hawaii is a state of the United States of America in the Pacific Ocean. It is the only U.S. state outside North America, the only island state, and the only state in the tropics.
