Waking up to a range of different symptoms every morning is pretty standard for all those coping with a chronic illness. My minimum favourite symptom is ‘Mind Fog’.
What is Human brain Fog?
It is really a blanket term that describes issues with memory, problem solving, focus along with other cognitive functions. Known as mental fatigue also.
For me, Personally i think very stuck and clouded in a haze of memory loss combined with inability to think clearly. Once a month during the period of 3 years I’ve gone from experiencing brain fog, to once a week, and today it’s an everyday ordeal. I usually discover myself out zoning in and, during the day entering a daydream like condition randomly. My brain feels as though a camera with a broken autofocus. I’m constantly attempting to correct my state of mind and my capability to focus. I could be talking to someone acquainted and forget their name totally. The worst is forgetting what I was saying mid sentence or experiencing a memory blanks during important conversations. Brain fog can existing me as rude and distant of these moments unfairly.
How longer does each cloudy moment final?
It varies, there is absolutely no rhyme or cause to it I must await it to pass just. It could be as short as half an hour or as long as three to four 4 hours
If you don’t reside with brain fog…
Imagine that feeling you obtain when you go on christmas, the main point where you’re sat on the plane thinking if you locked leading door or packed sun lotion. Now, imagine that’s your daily state of mind…It’s not really fun.
Living with human brain fog is frustrating incredibly, hard to describe and harder to comprehend even. In my next post I will share the ways that I manage my Mind fog!
